Who are we looking for:
As a Store Manager, you are expected to be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively. Duties include motivating sales teams, creating business strategies, developing promotional material, and training new staff.
- Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Motivate the store crew to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.
- Train and oversee new staff.
- Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
- Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
- Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits.
- Undertake store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.
- Monitor inventory.
Qualifications/Requirements
What does it take to be part of the team?- Must have a bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of working experience in food and manufacturing companies, fast-moving consumer goods, and the restaurant industry.
- Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
- Customer service-oriented with knowledge of basic business management processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be analytical and critical thinkers and entrepreneurial skills
- Ability to manage people.
- Can work on a shifting schedule, weekends, and holidays.
- Trustworthy, Reliable with work ethics and high integrity.
