Who are we looking for:
As a Store Manager, you are expected to be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively. Duties include motivating sales teams, creating business strategies, developing promotional material, and training new staff.
- Provides excellent customer service and handles complaints professionally.
- Trains, mentors, and oversees staff to meet sales goals.
- Develops strategies to attract customers and increase profitability.
- Manages store administration, including budgets and financial records.
- Monitors inventory and ensures compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications/Requirements
What does it take to be part of the team?- Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course.
- Must have at least 6 months of experience in the Retail Industry or FMCG is preferred.
- Strong leadership, customer management, and people management skills.
- Customer service-oriented with business management knowledge.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking abilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, trustworthy, and reliable with high integrity.
- Flexible with shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Willing to be assigned to any Alfamart Store within Baliwag, Bulacan.
