Advise the Manager in all aspects and matters directly related to the shift operation
Control and supervises the service towards guests in order to maintain service consistencyControl and supervises the preparation of all the food & beverage products to ensure that correct measures and presentations are followed as per the standard of operation set by the food & beverage division
To comply with all Quest Plus Conference Center policies and procedures
Developing, controlling and disciplines subordinates
To stand in for any member of the food & beverage division due to vacation / absence and ensure the smooth operation of this area of the food & beverage division, monitoring performance of subordinates
Recommends promotions and assist in implementing new methods of food & beverage service procedures
Maintaining contact with day to day activities of the division as whole to keep himself informed of matters of potential to the food & beverage division, supporting, advising and informing subordinates avoiding interferences with lines of communication and command
Develop and maintain personal contacts with house guests by offering warm, courteous and professional service to all customers
Competent in managing the entire bar operation such as costing and stock ordering
Responsible, patient and willing to handle customers’ queries, feedback and complaints with quick solution and professional courtesyAttends departmental meetings and briefings as well as other meeting of importance as required.
Conducts training on daily basis to ensure CORPORATE Company Standards are being followed.

To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and name badge at all times.
To maintain good working relationship with colleagues and all other department.To have a complete understanding and adhere to the hotel ‘s policy relating department.
To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.
To have a complete understanding of the employee’s code of conduct and adhere to the regulations contained within.
To carry out other responsibilities and duties assigned.
Ensures to maintain positive relationships with Departmental and Hotel colleagues
Ensures to maintain a positive attitude and disposition at all times

Initiate action to correct a hazardous situation and notify the F&B / Banquet Supervisor of potential dangers
Ensure security incidents and accidents are logged.
- OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
Keeps immediate superior promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance.
Adheres to environmentally friendly practices such as: reduce waste, recycle when possible and reuse, whenever applicable
Responsible in being a role model of the Company that would be aligned with the Company Standards, Code of Discipline and Policy and ProceduresPerforms other functions and duties which may be assigned by the immediate superior.
COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS REQUIRED
LANGUAGES
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Good understanding of local languages
Good command of any other foreign language is an advantage.
Can speak fluently in English
