HR/Admin Assistant - Manila

Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR/Admin Assistant to support our Human Resources and Administrative operations. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of personnel and administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day office activities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires
- Maintain and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Support daily HR operations, including benefits administration, timekeeping, and attendance monitoring
- Take minutes during meetings
- Prepare reports and documentation such as memos, HR letters, and 201 files management
- Organize and maintain files, records, and office supplies
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the HR and Admin department
- Assist in organizing company events, trainings, and seminars
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
- Serve as point of contact for employee queries on HR-related topics
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or any relevant course
- At least 1 to 2 years experience working under HR and/or Administrative role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Knowledgeable in Philippine labor laws, and best HR practices and due process
- Exposure in preparation of manual payroll
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Canva
- Discreet, trustworthy, and capable of handling sensitive information
- Willing to start ASAP
