This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Product Engineer in Piła with Signify.
In Signify Piła, we deliver LED luminaires for professional indoor solutions. We offer thousands of product variants via configurators, and as a world leader in the lighting industry, we know how crucial it is to drive innovation and support our customers' projects with the best-in-class products!And that's exactly what we do in the Factory Development.
As a Product Engineer, you will be responsible for updating & upgrading existing products (Product Maintenance) and a crucial member of the teams working on a New Product Introduction! Which means strong contribution to the stages like design, development, testing, launch, and production support.
What You’ll Do- You provide technical support and develop new solutions for enhancing existing products
- Analysis and evaluation of the design by eliminating the risks of faults in the full life cycle of the product, minimizing costs and investments, ease of assembly and organization of production
- You create technical documentations and organizational conditions for NPI (New Product Introduction)
- Work together with internal factory functions, suppliers as well as external stakeholders
- You ensure the standardization within the product platform and you ensure compliance
More about you

- You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in mechanical or electrical engineering
- You have experience in mechanical design and CAD tools usage (preferably Solid edge)
- You are good in problem solving, managing task prioritization and dynamic work environment
- You have project management skills and can cooperate with others effectively
- You can communicate in English & Polish
