This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as an ETO Product Engineer in Piła with Signify.
In Signify Piła, we deliver LED luminaires for professional indoor solutions. We offer thousands of product variants via configurators, but as a world leader in the lighting industry, we know how crucial it is to be ready for any customer request!That's why we offer customization for almost all our products! And that's exactly what ETO means — Engineering To Order - designing, industrializing and delivering customized products.
As an ETO Product Engineer, you will be a part of a team focused on Solution Engineering, which will put you in the center of the product customization concept designing, working closely with European sales units and the factory support functions to achieve end-to-end outcomes in quality, cost competitiveness and speed, contributing to special lighting projects.
What You’ll Do- Translate customer requirements into the customized product concept and engineering solution
- Analysis and evaluation of the design by eliminating the risks of faults in the full life cycle of the product, minimizing costs and investments, ease of assembly and organization of production
- Organize assembly of prototypes/samples and delivery to laboratories or customers
- Handle requests for quotation - calculate and feedback on the product prices and estimated production lead time
- Work together with internal factory functions, suppliers as well as external stakeholders
- Continuously improve the ETO process by identifying gaps and defining actions
More about you

- You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in mechanical or electrical engineering
- You have experience in mechanical design and CAD tools usage (preferably Solid edge)
- You are good in problem solving, managing task prioritization and dynamic work environment
- You have project management skills
- You can communicate in English & Polish
