As a Marketing Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience in E-commerce marketing, including social media management, content creation, and campaign execution — giving you real exposure to digital business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Intern- Plan, schedule, and post content across social media platforms
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and track analytics
- Assist in social media campaigns and promotions
- Research trends and competitors to improve content strategy
- Write captions, product descriptions, blogs, and ad copy
- Support content planning for campaigns and social media
- Collaborate with designers or videographers to create cohesive content
- Assist in brainstorming creative ideas for campaigns
- Create visuals, banners, infographics, and social media posts
- Assist in designing promotional materials for campaigns and eCommerce platforms
- Ensure all visuals align with brand guidelines
- Collaborate with content creators and marketing team
- Shoot and edit product or promotional videos
- Create short-form video content for social media and ads
- Assist in developing video concepts and storyboards
- Collaborate with content and design teams to enhance campaigns
- Support product listing, pricing, and promotion updates on eCommerce platforms
- Track sales, analyze product performance, and suggest optimizations
- Assist in coordinating campaigns with marketing and creative teams
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Basic knowledge or understanding in Amazon, Shopify, Ebay
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Multimedia, eCommerce, or related field
- Creative, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced digital environment
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Basic skills in content creation (writing captions, product descriptions, blogs)
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.)
- Knowledge of eCommerce platforms (Amazon, Ebay, Shopify) is a plus
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
- Portfolio or sample work is a plus
