About the Role

Bellshayce Foods Inc. is looking for a dedicated Pollution Control & Safety Officer who will oversee environmental compliance, workplace safety, and health programs to ensure safe and sustainable operations within the company.

• Graduate of Environmental Science, Engineering, Occupational Safety, or related course
• Accredited Pollution Control Officer (PCO) is an advantage
• With knowledge in DENR, DOLE, and occupational safety regulations
• Experience in environmental monitoring and workplace safety implementation is preferred
• Strong communication, documentation, and reporting skills
• Detail-oriented and capable of handling compliance-related tasks

• Knowledge in environmental laws, pollution control, and workplace safety standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to conduct inspections, audits, and incident investigations
• Organizational and report preparation skills
• Leadership and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple compliance tasks

• Monitor and ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations
• Prepare and submit required environmental and safety reports
• Conduct workplace inspections and safety audits
• Implement pollution control and waste management programs
• Assist in safety trainings, emergency preparedness, and incident investigations
• Promote a safe and healthy working environment for all employees
