Job Description

• Provide First Aid and Emergency Medical Care to the employees
• Health Monitoring and Care to all employees
• Create Health Education and Wellness Programs
• Record keeping and reporting of health assessments, treatments, and injuries in accordance with privacy laws and company policies.
• Report workplace incidents, injuries and illnesses as required by law.
• Support Return-to-Work and Disability Management
• Lead and Participate Emergency Response and Training
• Collaborate with management HR and Safety officers to develop, implement, and evaluate workplace health programs and policies.

• Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• Must have 1-2 years' experience as Clinical or Industrial Nurse.
• Certified Occupational Health Nurse is a plus.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient with MS Offices
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation of medical treatments, employee health records and safety assessments
• Ability to assess situations quickly and provide immediate care or recommend appropriate next steps
• Strong interpersonal skill and the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in all medical records and interactions of employees.
