Air Conditioning Technician

SYNERGY TECHLINE INDUSTRIAL CORPORATION is looking for a skilled and certified Air Conditioning Technician to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning and refrigeration systems for our residential, commercial, and industrial clients.

• Install, inspect, and maintain air conditioning systems and components
• Diagnose and repair issues in AC units, refrigeration systems, and related equipment
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance and respond to service calls
• Advise customers on system operations, maintenance practices, and energy efficiency
• Test systems to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
• Maintain accurate service documentation and records
• Collaborate with team members and provide technical support as needed
• Ensure all work adheres to safety standards and local regulations

Qualifications & Requirements

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid HVAC technician certification or license
• Proven experience in air conditioning installation, maintenance, and repair
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical manuals
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights
• Physical stamina to lift equipment (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions

Preferred:

• Additional HVAC-related certifications
• Experience with specific brands or systems we service (e.g., [Insert Brands])
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and controls
• Customer service experience in a technical or fieldwork setting
