Perform daily reconciliations for fund accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.

Manage fund operations, including trade settlements, cash management, and reporting.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and streamline processes.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements affecting fund operations.
Generate and review reports to ensure alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
Support the implementation of new systems and technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions and reconciliations.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the banking and financial services department.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
CPA required.
At least 10 years of experience in fund reconciliations, fund operations, and project management.
Strong logical and analytical thinking skills.
Proficiency in financial software and tools used in banking and financial services, yet able to work in no/low-code technology environments.
Strong communication skills to liaise with global stakeholders.
Amenable to work from 4am-1pm EST on a fully remote setup.
