Assistant General Manager
WE'RE HIRING: Assistant General Manager
You'll work closely with the CEO and help oversee daily operations across projects, people, and systems. This role is perfect for someone who understands construction and can step up as a leader.
What You'll Do:
Oversee project progress and ensure timelines are met
Support and manage project managers and site teams
Help improve systems, processes, and overall operations
Coordinate between design, construction, and admin teams
Assist the CEO in decision-making and execution
Monitor performance, budgets, and efficiency across projects
What We're Looking For:
Graduate of Management, Architecture, or related field
Degree must be in Architecture, Business Management, Project Management, or Construction Management
With solid background in construction / fit-out projects
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction/fit-out projects required
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Senior management experience is essential for this position
Can manage people, deadlines, and multiple projects
Hands-on, proactive, and takes ownership
Good communication and coordination skills
