• Expected salary: ₱16,823 per month

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
2. Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, and minor repairs for electrical systems, including lighting, outlets, circuit breakers, and equipment.
3. Respond to plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and fixture replacements.
4. Perform HVAC filter replacement, coil cleaning, and general preventive maintenance on air-conditioning systems.

1. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and service calls from hotel staff and guests.
2. Follow the hotel's preventive maintenance schedule and log completed tasks.
3. Ensure proper use of tools, safety gear, and maintenance equipment.
4. Coordinate with third-party contractors for specialized repairs when needed.
5. Comply with hotel safety policies and procedures at all times.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

1. High school diploma or vocational certificate in Electrical, HVAC, or related field.
2. At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar maintenance or facility technician role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
3. Knowledge of building systems: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and basic construction/painting.
4. Ability to read maintenance manuals, wiring diagrams, and work orders.
5. Physically fit and capable of working in a multi-floor building with or without elevators.
6. Willing to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and holidays.
7. TESDA certification or equivalent is a plus.
