About the Role

Achieve Without Borders, Inc. is looking for an IT Support - System Administration professional who will focus on managing and maintaining our internal systems, servers, and user accounts, while also providing reliable IT support and network troubleshooting when needed.

The ideal candidate has solid experience in Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and system security, combined with working knowledge of networking fundamentals such as VLANs, VPNs, firewalls, and connectivity. This role is best suited for someone who excels in system administration but is also capable of handling network-related support in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

System Administration (Primary)
  • Administer and maintain Windows Server and Active Directory (user accounts, Group Policy Objects, domain join, folder mapping).
  • Manage system updates, patches, backups, and security checks to ensure stability and protection.
  • Support and maintain Microsoft Teams and Office 365 environments.
  • Ensure data integrity and access controls across systems.
Network Support and Troubleshooting (Secondary)
  • Perform basic configuration and troubleshooting of VLANs, VPNs, firewalls, UniFi switches/APs, and IP settings.
  • Monitor network performance and ISP connectivity, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Assist in maintaining network security and connectivity standards.
IT Support and Asset Management
  • Provide desktop and laptop support (OS/application installation, upgrades, troubleshooting).
  • Configure and support printers, scanners, and multifunction devices.
  • Maintain and update IT asset inventory and documentation.
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements.
  • Assist in the deployment and proper handling of IT assets.
  • Support and maintain CCTV systems (installation, configuration, troubleshooting).
  • Respond and resolve IT helpdesk tickets promptly.

Qualifications

Education and Experience
  • Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related course.
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, and troubleshooting.
Technical Skills
  • Strong knowledge in Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Teams, and Office 365.
  • Experience with system security, backups, and updates.
  • Working knowledge of network fundamentals such as VLANs, VPNs, UniFi, and firewall management.
  • Familiarity with basic Linux administration is a plus.
  • Skilled in hardware troubleshooting and repair (laptops, desktops, peripherals).

  • Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to work independently or within a team.
  • Willing to work onsite in San Juan City, Manila.
  • Can start ASAP.
