Area Supervisor

An Area Supervisor is responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring operational excellence, and managing people, collections, and inventory across assigned branches or sales territories. This role is critical in aligning local operations with corporate goals, supporting strategic decision-making, and maintaining customer satisfaction and profitability.
The role reports directly to the Regional Operations Manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Commerce, preferably majoring in Sales & Marketing, Economics, Accounting, or Financial Management.
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in Sales and Collections, and 2 years in People Management.
- Must have a Professional Driver's License.
- Proficient in Sales and Collection, MS Office Tools, Data Gathering and Analysis, Inventory Management, Market Mapping and Research, and Financial Management.
- Strong People Management Skills and Project Management Skills.
- Excellent in communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Work involves solving complicated problems that require a considerable degree of analysis and problem-solving, creativity, and judgment.
- The role may require frequent travel to different sites in relation to sales and collections or business needs.
