We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive MEPF Cost Estimator to lead cost estimation, budget control, and value engineering for our mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection scopes. This role is critical in ensuring cost efficiency and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and bill of quantities (BOQ) for MEPF works
- Analyze project drawings, specifications, and scope to identify cost drivers
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams for accurate costing
- Review and validate subcontractor proposals and change orders
- Monitor project budgets and track actual costs vs. forecasts
- Support tendering and bid evaluation processes
- Conduct value engineering and recommend cost-saving alternatives
- Ensure compliance with local codes, DOLE standards, and company policies

Qualifications/Requirements- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Graduate (Licensed is a plus)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in MEPF cost engineering, preferably in interior fit-out
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and cost estimation software
- Strong Analytical and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with construction standards
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
