Quick Rundown:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Quality Assurance (Team Imprinted Apparel) to join the operations. This role is a critical link between the order entry phase and final production. You will be responsible for auditing complex team orders, ensuring that every player's name, number, and size accurately matches the client's specifications for sublimation and printing.The ideal candidate is a veteran Order Processor who has "graduated" to a QA mindset, someone who proactively identifies discrepancies and ensures 100% order accuracy.
What You’ll Do:
- Order Auditing: Review all incoming team sports orders for accuracy, specifically cross-referencing roster sheets (names/numbers/sizes) against production files.
- Sublimation Oversight: Verify that artwork and sublimation specifications align with the specific team order requirements.
- Process Verification: Ensure that the Order Processing team has correctly followed standard operating procedures.
- Data Integrity: Maintain "Rate Parity" for order timelines, ensuring internal production deadlines match the client’s promised delivery dates.
- Stakeholder Communication: Flag errors immediately to the Customer Service and Design teams to prevent waste in the printing/sublimation process.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ Years in Order Processing: Specific experience in the Promotional Products or Apparel industry.
- QA Mindset: A proven track record of identifying data entry errors in high-volume, complex order environments.
- High Attention to Detail: Ability to manage "Variable Data" (e.g., a single order for 25 different jerseys with unique names/sizes).
- Tech Proficiency: Experience with Order Management Systems (OMS) or ERPs used in the manufacturing/apparel space.
