Finance & Accounting Manager

• Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards.

A successful Finance & Accounting Manager should have:

• 10+ Years of Financial Leadership Experience - Preferably in a multinational corporation (MNC) with exposure to regional and global financial reporting.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Industry Experience in Sales, Service, or Engineering - Familiarity with project-based financials, cost accounting, and service contract management.
• Hands-On Experience with Regulatory Compliance - Ensuring compliance with Philippine tax laws (BIR, SEC), financial reporting standards (IFRS, GAAP), and corporate governance.
