About the role
Kings Group is seeking an exceptional Accounting Manager to join our team in our Paranaque City, Metro Manila office. This full-time role will be responsible for overseeing all accounting operations and financial reporting for the organisation.The Accounting Manager will play a key strategic role in supporting the growth and expansion of our business.
What you'll be doing- Manage the full accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all financial records and statements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and analysis for management and external stakeholders
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support business decision-making and strategy
- Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and legal requirements
- Preferably CPA or with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 8+ years of progressive experience in an accounting/financial management role
- Strong technical accounting knowledge and expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis
- Proficient in using accounting software and data analysis tools
- Thorough understanding of relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
- Willing to work onsite in Dona Soledad, Betterliving, Paranaque City
