Job Description

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced bookkeeper to make a significant impact by taking ownership of comprehensive financial cleanup and ongoing maintenance. You’ll start with an engaging project involving historical data organization spanning two years, then transition into ongoing monthly reconciliation responsibilities.

This role offers the perfect blend of project-based challenge and long-term stability, allowing you to build lasting processes while working with multiple business accounts in a flexible, remote environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive manual transaction entry for multiple business accounts covering two years of historical data
  • Execute thorough reconciliation of all accounts using QuickBooks Online to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Establish and maintain ongoing monthly reconciliation processes to keep financial records current
  • Handle additional administrative tasks that complement your bookkeeping expertise
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail while managing multiple account portfolios
  • Work independently to organize and streamline financial record-keeping systems
Requirements
  • Proven expertise in QuickBooks Online with hands-on experience
  • Strong background in manual transaction entry and financial data cleanup projects
  • Demonstrated experience reconciling multiple business accounts simultaneously
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record maintenance
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
  • Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles and best practices
