Job Summary:
We’re looking for a skilled Electro Mechanic Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair our bakery equipment. You'll play a vital role in ensuring efficient and uninterrupted production.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or GED (technical certification is a plus!)
- Experience as an Electro-Mechanic Tech, preferably in bakery/food industry
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and mechanical components
- Familiar with bakery equipment and how it works
- Can read schematics and technical manuals
- Great at problem-solving and working with a team
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Maintain and repair bakery machines like ovens, mixers, proofers, and conveyors
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to reduce downtime
- Inspect equipment and replace faulty components
- Coordinate with production staff for seamless operations
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and inventory
- Follow strict safety protocols during all tasks
