The Opportunity
This is a pioneering role within the Data Science team of iOPEX Technologies Philippines Inc., an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and passionate Data Science Engineer to join our fast-growing organisation. Based in our state-of-the-art office in Taguig City, Metro Manila, this full-time position will allow you to leverage your expertise in data science and drive impactful solutions for our diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement advanced data science models and algorithms to extract valuable insights from complex datasets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions
- Automate data pipeline processes and enhance the scalability and efficiency of data infrastructure
- Communicate analysis findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the data science field and contribute to the team's continuous learning and innovation
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
- Proven track record of 3+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a similar role
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL, and familiarity with data visualization tools
- Hands-on experience in building and deploying data models, as well as automating data pipelines
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
