About the role:
As the Staff Accountant, Accounts Receivables-Payment Collection, you will have broad responsibilities across all functions, including exposure to accounting, reporting and analysis. This role is for someone who work closely with global accounting team who will assist on managing and collecting payments from customers, and other closing tasks.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Payment collection, emails and phone call reminders, deal with issues of payment collection.
- Daily bank reconciles, monitor AR accounts and balance.
- The 2nd and 3rd years’ purchase order collection of multi-year purchase agreement.
- Internal tasks escalation and working closely with sales department, legal department, and oversea customers.
- Data support for accounting reports and other related tasks.
What you will bring to our team:
- Bachelor’s degree or above and majored in English or Economics is preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- At least 3+ years of payment collection experience.
- Hardworking with high attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and can work under high pressure.
- Familiar with MS office, especially Excel.
