  • Supervising and leading a team of housekeeping.
  • Planning and organizing daily housekeeping operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness in guest rooms, public areas, and other facility spaces.
  • Inspecting rooms and facilities regularly to maintain quality and hygiene standards.
  • Managing housekeeping supplies and inventory, including purchasing and cost control.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety, sanitation, and infection control regulations.
  • Coordinating with other departments like maintenance and front desk to address guest requests and facility issues.
  • Handling guest complaints related to housekeeping services efficiently.
  • Managing the housekeeping budget and maintaining operational efficiency.
  • Developing strategies to improve the housekeeping team’s effectiveness and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Proven experience in housekeeping supervision or management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability.
  • Knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Physically fit and able to handle the demands of the role.
