Job Description
Posted on 4 August 2025- Supervise front desk operations, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
- Manage and train front office staff to deliver excellent customer service and ensure high performance.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with other departments such as housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage to meet guest needs and ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for front office activities.
- Manage work schedules and staff coverage, especially during peak periods.
- Monitor front desk performance and provide feedback or additional training when needed.
- Oversee financial transactions at the front desk, including payments, refunds, and cash handling.
- Prepare reports related to front office operations, such as daily revenue summaries and occupancy reports.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, standards, and safety regulations.
- Participate in hiring, training, and development of front office personnel.
- Lead team meetings and communicate departmental goals, updates, and performance expectations.
- Handle group bookings and room allocations to maximize occupancy.
- Address guest relations management, including complaint resolution and personalized service.
- Manage lost and found items and related administrative tasks.
- Graduate in hospitality, tourism, and hotel management
- 2 years work experience in Front Office is a plus
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent Communication skills
- Proficient in attention to detail and organizational ability.
- Has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
