What You’ll Be Doing- List Scrubbing – Cleaning and qualifying lead lists
- Cold Calling – Reaching out to potential clients in the US
- Appointment Setting – Booking qualified meetings for the sales team
- Database Maintenance – Keeping CRM records accurate and updated
- Follow-Ups – Because opportunities are often won in the follow-up
- Experience in cold calling, lead generation, or appointment setting
- Strong English communication skills (clear, confident, professional)
- Experience supporting a US account is a big plus
- Organized, detail-oriented, and target-driven
- Comfortable handling objections and thinking on your feet
- Reliable internet connection with backup internet
