Power Mac Center is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Makati City, Metro Manila. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

This is a full-time position ideal for fresh graduates looking to launch their career.

What you'll be doing
  • Providing general administrative support such as filing, data entry, and managing office tasks.
  • Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
  • Maintaining and updating electronic and physical filing systems.
  • Performing other ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
