Role Responsibilities:

• Real-Time Scheduling and Adjustment: Proactively manage and adjust support worker rosters in real time, responding to unplanned changes to ensure uninterrupted care.
• Customer Enquiry Management: Handle inbound calls, triage inquiries, and provide timely, accurate responses, creating a positive experience for both customers and employees.
• Roster Optimization and Fair Allocation: Coordinate schedules to fairly distribute shifts, balancing customer needs with worker availability, skills, and preferences.
• Customer Service Excellence: Deliver high-quality service through clear, professional communication, building trust and strong relationships in line with our company values.
• Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with workforce planners, service delivery managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on service priorities and enhance customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience in Rostering & Scheduling: Previous experience managing schedules across large regions, ideally within a clinical or care-focused setting.
• Strong Customer Service Skills: Ability to communicate professionally and build positive relationships with customers and team members.
• Service Delivery Expertise: Proficient in managing service delivery across phone, email, and virtual channels.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
