• Oversees building and grounds maintenance.
• Operates and maintains custodial functions of mostly Equipment and facilities
• Ensures security and emergency preparedness procedures are implemented properly according to Philippine Standard
• Ensure that the facility is clean and maintained according to company policy and procedures.
• Handles general administration related task
• Oversees and supervises the quality of work for other employees to ensure that all tasks are performed correctly, efficiently and effectively.
• Manages and revies service contracts of mostly Clients.
• Conducts and documents regular facilities inspections.
• Conduct meeting to recommends maintenance, mechanical, electrical and facility design modifications whenever necessary.
• Communicates workplace safety precautions to employees and other Korean Supervisors and Managers
• Forecasts, allocates, and supervises the financial and physical resources of the facility management.
• Check the completed works.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in facility management, maintenance, or related administrative roles. Experience working with Korean equipment or clients is a strong advantage.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of building systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing)
• Ability to manage budgets, service contracts, and inspections
• Proficient in using MS Office and facility management software
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to conduct inspections and supervise
