Maintenance Manager

About the role

As a Maintenance Manager at the TTC GROUP OF COMPANIES', you will play a crucial role in overseeing the maintenance operations across our facilities in Meycauayan City, Bulacan. This full-time position will see you managing and optimising our maintenance processes to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our operations.

• Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies and procedures to minimise downtime and maximise asset performance
• Oversee and coordinate the work of the maintenance team, including planning, scheduling and prioritising tasks
• Monitor maintenance activities and identify areas for improvement to enhance cost-effectiveness and productivity
• Ensure maintenance work is carried out to the highest safety and quality standards
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to align maintenance activities with overall business objectives
• Analyse maintenance data and provide regular reports to senior management
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in maintenance management

• Degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• 8+ years of experience in a maintenance management role, preferably within the Engineering industry
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective maintenance strategies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address maintenance issues
• Strong project management and team leadership abilities
• Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and maintenance data
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
