Customer Service Representative – Travel Account (Voice | International)
Location: Cebu Exchange, Cebu CitySalary: ₱20,000 – ₱24,000 (salary package)
Job Description:We are looking for motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our International Travel Account. The role involves handling inbound voice calls, assisting customers with travel-related inquiries, bookings, and concerns while delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls for an international travel account.
- Assist customers with reservations, changes, and general inquiries.
- Provide accurate information and resolve concerns efficiently.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and quality standards.
- Document interactions according to company guidelines.
Qualifications:
- At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum).
- With at least 3 months BPO experience (any account).
- Good to excellent English communication skills.
- Willing to work onsite at Cebu Exchange.
- Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
