About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our growing team at CEBU NEW WAVE RECRUITMENT, INC.'. As a CSR, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.This is a full-time position based in Apas Cebu City, Cebu.
What you'll be doing- Handling incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Providing accurate information and solutions to customers, while maintaining a positive and friendly demeanour
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records of all communications
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution
- Actively participating in team meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes
- Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and service level agreements
- Proven experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the same industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and provide creative solutions
- Proficient in using various computer applications and software, including CRM systems
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise multiple tasks effectively
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine interest in helping others
