Warehouse Lead

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field .

Experience:

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Prior leadership experience (team lead, shift supervisor, or project coordinator) is preferred.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of warehouse and inventory management principles.
• Familiarity with logistics processes, shipping/receiving, and order fulfilment.
• Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Capability to analyse data and improve workflow efficiency.

Leadership & Soft Skills:

• Strong leadership potential with ability to supervise, motivate, and train warehouse staff.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to take initiative.

Other Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of safety standards and compliance in a warehouse setting.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and perform physical tasks when needed.
