Qualifications:- Registered Master Electrician (RME) with a valid PRC license and current professional registration.
- At least 2–3 years of work experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or plant maintenance setting.
- Strong knowledge in electrical systems installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of industrial equipment and machinery.
- Familiar with electrical codes, safety standards, and preventive maintenance procedures in compliance with government regulations (DOLE, DOE, and NEC).
- Skilled in reading and interpreting electrical plans, diagrams, and technical drawings.
- Capable of performing routine inspections, load monitoring, and power distribution management.
- Experience in motor control systems, PLCs, and industrial automation is an advantage.
- Must be safety-conscious, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Good communication and teamwork skills; able to coordinate with engineers, technicians, and production teams.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules and in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- With background or training in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) or Electrical Safety.
- Familiar with energy efficiency practices and preventive maintenance planning.
