CSP Travel and Tours is a Japanese-owned travel company. We bring Japanese tourists to the Philippines and we need reliable, friendly, and knowledgeable tour guides to take care of them.

If you know Cebu and Bohol well and can speak basic to conversational Nihongo, we want to hear from you.

What You Will Do

Guide Japanese tourists around Cebu and Bohol destinations
Share clear and accurate information about each place
Accompany and assist guests from arrival to departure
Handle airport pickups, drop-offs, and basic guest coordination
Help prepare tour itineraries and logistics
Make sure guests are safe, comfortable, and well-taken care of at all times

What We Are Looking For

Can speak and understand Nihongo — this is required
At least High School graduate
Familiar with Cebu and Bohol tourist spots
Honest, responsible, and easy to work with
Flexible with shifting and early morning schedules
Willing to work extended hours and occasional overnights
Tour guide license is a plus — but not required
Can start as soon as possible

About the Work Schedule

This role follows a seasonal schedule. Work is most frequent during peak season (December to March, May first week, July to August), when Japanese tourist arrivals are highest. During off-peak months, tour assignments may be less frequent, but guides who perform well are prioritized for available tours throughout the year.
