Customer Service Assistant

• AFPFC MPC Main Office - Col Bonny Serrano Ave., Cor 18th Ave., Brgy. San Roque, Murphy, Cubao, Quezon City

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the position.
• At least one (1) year of experience in cooperative operations or marketing / membership roles.
• Familiarity with CDA regulations and cooperative by-laws.
• Strong understanding of credit operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with members and stakeholders.

GENERAL FUNCTIONS:

• Receive and process documents while addressing members' complaints, concerns, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of member concerns and ensure resolutions comply with Cooperative policies and FCPAMS standards.
• Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring social development programs and Cooperative activities.
• Support compliance with Cooperative policies, CDA regulations, and internal governance guidelines.
• Prepare and organize reports, records, and other administrative documents as required.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient delivery of member services and timely resolution of concerns.

AFP Finance Center Multi-Purpose Cooperative is a primary multi-purpose cooperative whose objectives and purposes are set forth in the Articles of Cooperation and those generally granted under the Philippine Cooperative Code. Governed by the values and principles of a cooperative, its current engagement involves thrift and savings mobilization, credit services, and consumers.
