Inside Sales Representative (SDR)

Our client is seeking for an Inside Sales Consultant to support strategic clients through outbound business development and early-stage sales execution. This contract role is ideal for candidates with staffing sales or recruiting experience who want to grow into client-facing sales roles and thrive in a hunter-style environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, email, and targeted outreach
- Open new accounts and identify net-new business opportunities
- Support senior sales leaders with lead qualification, discovery calls, and initial client outreach
- Track sales activity, pipeline progress, and CRM updates
- Meet or exceed activity-based sales metrics
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in staffing sales, agency recruiting, or business development
- Strong outbound prospecting and cold-calling experience
- Proven ability to open new accounts in a metrics-driven environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Should be open to Independent Contractor position
- Experience supporting senior sales executives
- B2B sales exposure within staffing, professional services, or technology
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines
