About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer oriented Inside Sales Representative to support our growing sales team. In this role, you will engage prospective and existing customers, manage inbound and outbound sales activities, nurture leads, and guide clients through the reservation and purchase journey.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships, achieving sales targets, and delivering a seamless customer experience from inquiry to order completion.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Management- Respond promptly to customer inquiries received through phone, email, chat, social media, and other communication channels.
- Conduct outbound follow-ups with prospective customers and marketing-generated leads.
- Qualify opportunities, understand customer requirements, and recommend suitable products or solutions.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently work toward achieving conversion and sales objectives.
- Guide customers through reservation, ordering, and purchasing processes.
- Provide timely updates regarding product availability, delivery schedules, and order status.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
- Accurately document customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities within the CRM platform.
- Maintain complete and up-to-date customer records.
- Monitor pipeline activity and support reporting requirements as needed.
- Stay informed on product features, updates, promotions, and industry developments.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate information is communicated to customers.
- Escalate customer concerns appropriately and support issue resolution.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Support, Customer Service, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer engagement skills
- Experience using CRM systems and sales tracking tools
- Understanding of sales pipeline management, lead qualification, and conversion processes
- Ability to manage multiple customer interactions while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools
- Valid driver's license required
