Production supervisor

Job Description

• Identify and manage risks related to production systems and associated utilities, ensure relevant procedures are implemented, and monitor the maintenance system for compliance, addressing any areas of non-conformance.
• Oversee and allocate production personnel effectively to maintain an adaptable and efficient team culture, while also supporting the OIM during emergency response situations.
• Work with departmental heads and the OIM to manage onboard facility budgets, control operational costs, and approve expenditure as required.

• Diploma/Technical qualification in recognised Energy Services subject;
• Management of Major Emergencies (MOME) Qualification;
• Valid OGUK medical certificate
• Valid OPITO approved BOSIET certificate
• Minimum 7 years offshore experience in a Senior Production role on a FPSO
• Knowledge of process shutdown activities, tanker operations including crude oil washing, Inert Gas Systems and Marine Safety Systems
• Experienced with CMMS Systems, preferably (E Maint)
• Knowledge of Subsea Productions Systems
• Fluent in English.
