Assist in coordinating the annual salary review process, ensuring consistency with compensation frameworks and company objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in compensation and benefits or a similar HR function
- Proven experience with payroll processing and benefits administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- Familiarity with HRIS systems
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proactive, accountable, and results-oriented
- Ability to manage time effectively and adapt in a fast-paced environment
