Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a start-up healthcare technology company. Our respected client is seeking for a Human Resources Manager who will ensure that the organization attracts, hires, and retains the best talent to meet business objectives and support company growth.
The job is fully remote and is following eastern time zone (EST).
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies tailored to the BPO industry to attract and retain top talent.
- Collaborate with senior management to understand workforce planning needs and design proactive hiring initiatives.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics to continuously refine and optimize sourcing strategies.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Ensure a seamless, engaging, and positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
- Leverage diverse sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and external recruitment partners.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruitment specialists by providing direction, performance feedback, and professional development.
- Cultivate a collaborative, high-performing, and goal-oriented team culture.
- Conduct regular training sessions to keep the recruitment team informed of evolving trends, tools, and best practices.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, including department heads and hiring managers.
- Maintain open communication with stakeholders to align on hiring priorities and provide regular updates on recruitment status.
- Partner closely with HR teams to ensure consistency between recruitment efforts and broader HR strategies.
- Continuously assess and improve recruitment processes to drive efficiency, quality, and scalability.
- Integrate technology and tools to streamline recruitment operations and enhance candidate tracking and engagement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, talent market dynamics, and competitor practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare and present detailed recruitment reports to senior management, highlighting key insights, challenges, and opportunities.
- Manage recruitment budgets effectively and implement cost-efficient hiring practices without compromising quality.
Job Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources with leadership capacity from the BPO industry.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, or any relevant degree.
- Proven track record of successfully leading recruitment teams and meeting hiring targets.
- Strong understanding of the BPO industry and its specific recruitment challenges.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HR analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
