Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and flexible Company Driver who will be responsible for transporting company personnel, documents, and items, as well as assisting with administrative errands as needed. The role requires availability and willingness to perform tasks beyond driving, depending on operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Safely transport company executives, staff, and guests as assigned
- Deliver and pick up company documents, supplies, and materials
- Perform administrative and office errands (bank, government offices, suppliers, etc.)
- Assist in basic office or operational tasks when not assigned to drive
- Ensure cleanliness, proper maintenance, and roadworthiness of the assigned vehicle
- Monitor vehicle documents (registration, insurance, maintenance schedules)
- Follow company policies and traffic laws at all times
- Be available for flexible work assignments as required by management
