Company Driver

Responsible for providing safe and reliable transportation services to the CEO, and assisting warehouse/logistics operations during non-driving hours to support daily business needs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Safely transport the CEO to meetings, appointments, and official engagements.
• Ensure punctual pick-up and drop-off based on scheduled itinerary.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and good condition of the assigned vehicle.
• Perform daily vehicle inspection and report any issues or required maintenance.
• Plan efficient routes and monitor traffic conditions for timely travel.
• Maintain confidentiality of CEO schedules, discussions, and company matters.

• Follow company safety policies, traffic rules, and warehouse procedures.
• Keep accurate records of trips, fuel usage, and assigned tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Flexible work schedule based on the CEO's business and personal transportation requirements.
• Must be available to adjust working hours depending on the CEO's itinerary, meetings, and official engagements.
• During periods when driving services are not required, the employee will be assigned to warehouse and logistics support functions.
• May be required to render overtime, weekend, or holiday work when necessary, subject to company policies.

• Willing to work on a flexible schedule and adapt to changing priorities based on operational and executive requirements.

Qualifications:

• Valid Professional Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• Experience as company/exec driver is an advantage.
• Physically fit and willing to do warehouse work when needed.
• Trustworthy, discreet, and highly reliable.
• Flexible and willing to work beyond fixed duties when required.
