Utility/ Maintenance Associate

• Outline building maintenance: repair doors/windows/locks; patch walls; painting; etc.
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical tasks (leaks, light fixtures, bulbs, etc.)
• No prior technical skills are required for plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks as training will be provided
• Maintain grounds and landscaping (weeding, mowing, trimming, cleaning outdoor areas)
• Clean and maintain common areas, restrooms, break rooms; ensure supplies are stocked and areas are sanitary
• Monitor utility systems (water, HVAC, drainage); report defects; assist in preventive maintenance
• Assist in setting up or relocating furniture, equipment, fixtures
• Operate hand and power tools safely
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, spare parts; report needs for reordering
• Support during emergencies (power outages, equipment breakdowns)
• Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and hygiene policies
• High school graduate qualification is required for this position

Added Messenger/Delivery Duties (As Needed):

From time to time, deliver company products or packages to clients / customer locations, depending on order volume

A valid motorcycle licence is required for delivery duties

Serve as messenger for internal/external communications: pick up or deliver documents, parcels, contracts

Ensure deliveries are done safely, timely, and with proper documentation (receipts, signatures)

Plan efficient delivery routes

Communicate delays, issues, or feedback regarding deliveries to supervisor
