The Store Associate is responsible for assisting customers throughout the purchasing process, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining store organization, and contributing to overall sales performance.

Job Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Greet and converse with customers to identify purchasing needs and assist them in locating desired products.
Product Knowledge & Demonstration: Provide accurate product information, explain features and benefits, and conduct product demonstrations when necessary.
Store Navigation Assistance: Direct or escort customers to appropriate aisles or sections to help them find specific items efficiently.
Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints by providing appropriate solutions in a professional manner.
Pricing & Tagging Accuracy: Oversee proper product tagging to ensure prices are accurate and clearly displayed.
After-Sales Service: Assist customers with after-sales support, including warranty information, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Inventory Monitoring: Monitor displayed merchandise, identify low-stock items, and coordinate replenishment of shelves.
Stock Management: Evaluate inventory levels, assist in determining replenishment needs, receive new shipments, and ensure proper storage of excess stock.
Cashiering & Payment Processing: Collect cash payments and process credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
Store Maintenance & Cleanliness: Ensure the store, displays, and premises are well-maintained, organized, and clean at all times.
Sales Maximization: Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales and maximize company profitability.
Loss Prevention: Remain vigilant against shoplifting and pilferage to minimize theft and protect company assets.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with retail sales managers and team members to support store goals and achieve sales targets.
