Job Summary

The Restaurant Maintenance Staff is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of all restaurant facilities, equipment, and utilities. This role supports smooth daily operations by performing preventive maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of the premises.

• Conduct routine inspections of restaurant facilities, equipment, and utilities.
• Perform minor repairs on plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and mechanical systems.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining furniture, fixtures, and appliances.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs when necessary.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and report hazards immediately.
• Support operational needs during events or peak service hours.

• High school diploma or vocational training in maintenance-related fields.
• Proven experience in facility maintenance, repair work, or similar roles.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and mechanical repairs.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

• Fast-paced restaurant setting with exposure to kitchen equipment and dining facilities.
• Requires mobility, lifting, and handling of tools and materials.
