Job Summary
We are seeking a highly driven Regional Sales Manager to lead distributor operations in South Luzon. The role focuses on managing distributor networks, driving sales growth, and ensuring effective execution of trade programs and strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with national targets.
- Manage key account partnerships, trading term agreements, and joint business planning.
- Lead and coach Area Sales Managers, Account Specialist, and field teams.
- Ensure product distribution, inventory management, and compliance with trade policies.
- Execute trade marketing, merchandising, and promotional programs.
- Conduct regular business reviews and market visits to monitor execution and competitor activity
- Provide sales reports, forecasts, and account performance insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of FMCG sales leadership experience, preferably in Luzon territories.
- Strong background in key account management and General Trade.
- Proven leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in MS Office; Power BI knowledge is an advantage.
- Must be willing to travel extensively in South Luzon and be based in Laguna.
