Job Summary

The Account Manager – End User is responsible for managing and growing strategic accounts in Luzon, with strong focus on manufacturing companies (CALABARZON) / Japanese enterprises. This role drives revenue growth through strategic account planning, consultative selling, and senior stakeholder engagement; positioning Epson as a long‑term business partner rather than a transactional supplier.

Key Responsibilities

Account Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive profitable and sustainable growth within assigned end‑user segments.
  • Translate customer needs into relevant Epson solutions across copier, printing, and related portfolios.
  • Act as the trusted advisor to clients while aligning closely with internal teams.
Sales Performance & Target Achievement
  • Achieve assigned targets for revenue, contracts signed, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain strong pipeline discipline and ensure effective deal progression and closure.
Executive Engagement & Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior and executive stakeholders, particularly in complex and politically nuanced organizations.
  • Navigate client and internal dynamics to move deals forward effectively.
  • Co‑develop engagement and relationship expectations with key client decision‑makers.
Business Value & Solution Selling
  • Clearly communicate business value TCO and ROI of Epson solutions.
  • Develop and present proposals, business cases, and commercial offers aligned with customer decision criteria.
  • Position Epson’s full portfolio (“One Face of Epson”) to create differentiated, value‑added solutions.
Bid & Opportunity Leadership
  • Lead and coordinate virtual bid teams across channel sales, pre‑sales, and other relevant support functions.
  • Participate in negotiations and contract finalization.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
  • Proactively identify new opportunities, approaches, and solutions to address client needs.
  • Challenge traditional selling approaches where appropriate to drive better outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or solution selling.
  • Experience in copier, printing, IT services, or related industries preferred.
  • Exposure to manufacturing accounts (CALABARZON) and/or Japanese companies is a strong advantage.
Technical & System Skills
  • Working knowledge of Managed Print Services (MPS) is preferred.
  • Experience using Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems.
