A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE

As a Finance Manager , you'll oversee day-to-day finance operations in our Manila site, supporting local financial needs and collaborating closely with the Financial Control and Head of Finance Operations based in Sydney. You'll lead the Manila finance team, manage reporting and reconciliations, and contribute to building and enhancing finance capabilities in a growing, fast-paced, global environment.

YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee general ledger, reconciliations, accounts payable, and payroll accounting processes in Manila
  • Lead and mentor a Manila-based finance team, promoting accuracy and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with Australian finance team to support end-to-end finance processes
  • Manage day-to-day operations, reporting, and documentation for financial processes
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives across finance functions
A BIT ABOUT YOU
  • Highly organized and proactive; works independently and collaboratively
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, ideally in a business support role
  • Strong administrative and communication skills
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience working with large volumes of data
  • Capable of prioritizing and managing time efficiently in a high-pressure environment
  • Detail-oriented with high standards for data accuracy
  • Strong analytical skills and a desire to enhance data capabilities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • CPA or CA qualification (preferred)
  • 3-5 years of finance experience, including at least 1 year in a managerial role
  • Experience supporting Australian businesses or working with Australian clients
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
