Branch supervisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Branch Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our food service outlet. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer service, efficient staff performance, and proper food safety practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily branch operations (opening, closing, cleanliness, etc.)
• Manage and train staff to deliver high-quality service
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
• Prepare daily sales reports and submit to management
• Maintain a clean and organized environment
• Implement company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred: degree/diploma in hospitality or food service)
• years of experience in the food industry or in a supervisory role
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
